Refund policy

We do our best to be accommodating for return requests. Contact us for any return question or to initiate a return at hello@georgiannalane.com.

Unused items may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receipt less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not issue return labels. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@georgiannalane.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 7705 27th Avenue NW, Seattle, Washington 98117, USA. If you are outside the US, please contact us for instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom orders and canvases. Fine art prints in size 16" x 20" or larger are subject to a 20 - 25% restocking fee. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be immediately credited to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow two to three weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.
