Orders are processed and ship within 2-5 business days. Gallery wrapped canvases ship within 7 business days.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing.
We use all standard shipping methods, chosen by your location and best delivery times, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail, DPD, and many other reputable carriers. You will receive detailed tracking information once your order has shipped.
We have spent years testing print quality and establishing relationships with the top printers and production partners in the world. Our partners are based in the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. This means that we can offer you low shipping costs and in most cases eliminate customs fees because your items will be shipped directly to you from within your home country or region.
Custom and personalized orders are welcome.We look forward to working with you on creating exactly the item you are looking for.
Custom options include sizes, speciality and art papers, framing options, metal prints and most any other customization.
PLEASE NOTE: All canvas orders (all sizes) are custom and are non returnable. Should you encounter an unusual situation in which you feel a return for a canvas is warranted, please contact us.
All print orders 16x20 and larger are custom and are subject to 20 -25% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage.
At this time, we do not offer digital downloads, with the exception of the image package for Frame TVs.

Prints sized 16x20 and larger are custom orders and may be subject to restocking fees.
Canvases are not returnable due to being custom creations. If you feel you must return a canvas for any reason other than damage, please contact us. It may be subject to a restocking fee.
Items damaged in transit or with quality issues will be replaced. Please see below.

Any print or canvas damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage. Please retain all packaging until advised that the claimed item has been re-ordered.
We work very hard to ship quickly and efficiently for you. If your order is well and truly lost, we will replace it.
However, please allow adequate time for delivery. You will be sent tracking information for your order. Very rarely, a package will show as delivered but will not have been. This is due to errors in the way postal services update tracking. Please be patient. In nearly all cases, the package is delivered the next day. We have only ever had a small handful of truly lost packages. We will work with you to make sure you receive yours.
